CHEN Shuyong, doctor, professor. From 1982 to 1999, he taught in Northeast Electric Power University, and from 1999 to 2020, he served as the executive president of the journal and the director of the safety and Quality Department of China Electric Power Research Institute; Doctoral tutor of Beijing Jiaotong University, Secretary General of IEEE PES energy development and power generation satellite committee -China. 1 Expert in power system and automation, the paper "Research on wind speed and generation power prediction of wind farms" was rated as one hundred outstanding academic papers in China, and three papers were awarded the title of top academic papers (f5000) in Chinese boutique journals. Among them, "Smart Grid Technology Review" has been cited and downloaded most frequently in the field of electrical engineering for many consecutive years. He published 3 papers on the new generation power system with Academician Zhou Xiaoxin.
